Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These terms govern the purchase and use of tickets sold on this website by Santo Antônio Parish, in Tiradentes/MG, for visits to Santo Antônio Mother Church, the Our Lady of the Rosary Church and the Liturgy Museum. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accept these conditions.
1. Tickets
- The ticket is digital: you receive a code and a QR code by email and on screen when you complete your purchase.
- The Pass combines the three sites (Mother Church, Rosary Church and Liturgy Museum) in one ticket, with a single QR code. It entitles you to one admission to each site; admission is recorded separately at each one. Individual tickets are valid only for the selected site.
- The ticket does not expire and does not require a fixed date. The visit date you may provide during purchase is only an estimate for our planning.
- Each ticket allows one admission per site. Once recorded, the same QR code cannot be used for another admission to that site. Do not share, publish or resell your code: the first person to present it may use it.
- The Concert is sold on a partner platform, with its own purchase, date and cancellation rules. Prices shown here are for information only.
2. Visits and opening hours
- Opening hours are shown on each site’s page and may change without prior notice because of Masses, weddings, liturgical celebrations, religious events, maintenance or safety reasons.
- If the site is closed on your chosen day or at your chosen time, your ticket remains valid: you may visit on any other day or at any other time when it is open.
- Churches are places of faith. Please respect the silence, worshippers at prayer and staff instructions (appropriate clothing, no flash photography, no food, among others).
3. Discounted admission
Discounted admission is not required by law at religious monuments, such as churches. Even so, the Parish offers this special discount to those entitled to the benefit under Brazilian Law 12,933/2013 (Half-Price Admission Law).
- It is mandatory to present a document at the entrance proving eligibility for discounted admission. Without proof, admission at the discounted rate will not be granted.
- The Pass is already sold at a special price, so no additional discounted rate applies.
4. Payment
- Payments are made by Pix or card, processed by Mercado Pago. Your card details are provided directly to Mercado Pago and neither pass through nor are stored on our servers.
- Tickets are issued only after payment confirmation. Unapproved payments do not generate tickets.
- Discount codes have their own rules (expiry and usage limits) and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
- Cash purchases at the entrance generate a printed ticket with a QR code, subject to the same usage rules set out in this document.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- Tickets purchased on the website may be cancelled and refunded up to 3 (three) days before the visit date provided during purchase, provided that none of the tickets in the order have been used. If you did not provide a visit date, cancellation is possible as long as no ticket has been used.
- Tickets purchased at the entrance, in cash, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- To request cancellation, contact us (see section 8) with the name and email used for the purchase. Once the refund is approved, Mercado Pago returns the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the timeframe set by Mercado Pago or the card issuer. The tickets in the order become invalid.
- These rules do not exclude consumer rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, where applicable.
